| As you may or may not know, the American College of Phlebology Annual Congress’ format is a bit different this year. Instead of having the Exhibitor area open most of the day with only a bit of time between sessions in which to visit the Exhibitors, they are now scheduling lunch from 11:00 to 1:30 for the attendees. During that time the Exhibitor hall will be open.
This leaves Cheryl, Marcy and me some opportunities to visit with current clients attending the Medical Billing and Coding Program and our e-Newsletter followers. If you have questions about medical billing, coding, documentation, use of Non-Physician Providers, payer policies and nuances or similar questions, do feel free to contact us so we may schedule a personal appointment. There are two ways to contact us. The first and most direct route is to email or text me (aj@apfsbilling.com/719.233.0099). The second is to use the ACP Event App which should be available for use by the 26th.
We currently have openings Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. We will, of course, fill up these available time slots on a first come/first serve basis.
